The new base2stay Liverpool is now open, bringing its exciting, original “smart luxury” boutique hotel concept to the heart of the city’s Ropewalks design quarter. It’s the ideal location for base2stay’s unique concept of 4* comfort, design and service without bar or restaurant, perfect for taking advantage of their exclusive discounts and deals at some of the best restaurants, bars and clubs in Liverpool.
